Did you know that apple.com has refurbished iPads? This is a great way to get classroom iPads at a discount. They “test and certify all Apple refurbished products and include a 1 year warranty. All refurbished iPad models also include a brand new battery and outer shell.” Currently, they only have iPad 2 3G models listed. If you check the site frequently they often have the less expensive iPad2 wi-fi only models. I have 2 of those for my classroom and love them! I will be posting more about iPad apps and usage in the future.
